Sharks shine at the GSL Season 4 Meet of Champions

Legon Swimming Club had a standout two days at the GSL Season 4 Meet of Champions on 13–14 June 2026 — with dominant individual performances, four relay medals, and an impressive wave of personal bests across every age group.

Debrah Sammens Williams swept 9 individual golds to lead the club's medal table. Eben Markus Coetzee delivered 6 golds and 7 personal bests — his 200m Freestyle in 2:30.50 was a full 14 seconds faster than his seed time. Johnson Gyarko swept all three senior men's breaststroke events with three personal bests. Kharis Tetteh's 200m Butterfly gold headlined a superb 6-PB meet for the standout in the Girls 13–14 group.

It was a meet that showcased the full depth of what LSC has been building. 39 personal bests across two days of championship racing is something the whole club can be proud of. Well done to every Shark who raced.
